“I bought this for Christmas for my 87 year old father . My husband had gotten one last year that came with battery so I purchased one with a battery expecting to be able to charge it. My husband’s came with a battery, cable and charging block . This showed up with battery, cable, but no charging block.
And with the holidays, by the time we figured out we can’t use a regular phone block because it’s too weak and overheats ( may cause fire) and ordered an appropriate plug it took two weeks to get here. ( still hasn’t been delivered)
That’s not a present if it a pain in the bum.
Last year it was included but not this year. And they don’t tell you when you order that it’s needed.
The company needs to do better .”
