“I ordered a dual zone jacket and heated gloves. Primary use would be walking the dog, and snow management. I am pretty sure my gloves are defective as the batteries are dead everytime I put them on. I swap in my spare batteries, and find my hands aren't warmer actually cooler than if I were to wear my cow skin insulated gloves. Like the jacket, I will be selling the gloves and jacket at the end of this season.”

“We would be happy with the Ororo heated gloves if they actually fit. I bought size large for my husband because his hands are not that big and the gloves are slightly too small. When I contacted customer service, I was immediately shut down for an exchange as the item had been a last sale item, even though there may have been extra large sizes available for exchange and the item was unworn with tags and bag in pristine condition. For items purchased in the internet where sizing is unpredictable, it would be appreciated if there were an actual customer service representative reviewing requests rather than an automated system.”
