“I ordered 4 sets of these gloves, one in every size from small to extra large. They were Christmas gifts for my family. I used the sizing chart and ordered accordingly. The liners fit perfectly on everyone, but the outer glove was impossible to fully get on, even when the smaller sizes tried on the extra large outer glove, it fit in such a way that it could not be fully on. I returned these and will replace with the liner only.”
“I bought these gloves because I work outside with plants here in Oregon and for my upcoming trip to Serpukhov, Russia next winter. Although I love the snow and cold weather, I often experience Raymond’s syndrome in my hands. My hands become numb quickly after 20 minutes of being outside below freezing. Even though my usage of the gloves has been minimal, I can confidently say that the gloves are of high quality and will effectively keep my hands warm. I like the different choices the gloves have with heat levels. When you turn on full heat (Solid Red) you can feel warmth right away. It’s not too hot, but just right. It’s like as if you placed your hands near a heater, but not so hot as if you placed your hands next to fire. When I wear the liners, picking up items is a breeze and they fit just right, but with the second pair of gloves, there’s a slight feeling of bulkiness. In my opinion, the second pair of gloves seems ideal for walking outside in cold weather or doing snow photography.”
“Well designed, materials used are good quality. However, I had to return two pairs in a row due to the wrong size being sent. It looked as if the ororo might have miss sized the bag sent to amazon, which is where I got it. I'm going to try and order it off of this site and will update review after.”
“I normally wear a size 8 glove. I ordered the small. The inner liner fits perfect. The outer shell has fingers that are too long for me. I am returning the gloves and will try the new product liner gloves that are supposed to have more flexibility and then use my other ski shell gloves. The flexibility of the outer shell would be a limiting factor for skiers. The heating element worked great on the inner liner so your hands will stay warmer. I would have given it a five star review if the fingers were not so long. I think for women with small/average hands, this glove may not be a good choice for active outdoor sports that require hand dexterity. I did contact customer service with a lot of questions after they arrived and they gave me a lot of good advice. I'm currently waiting for approval to return them. I already ordered the liner only glove and am hoping it will be 5 star for me!”
“I waited for many months for a sale on the Twin Cities 3-in-1 gloves. I anticipate the heated liner (without the outer shell gloves) to be used most often because it gets cold enough where I live that I need some heat but it’s not sub-zero. I used the sizing chart on the ORORO website to measure my hand and enter the dimensions. The app recommended the Medium size so that’s what I ordered. When they arrived they were FAR too small. I submitted a request to get an RMA number and request the next size larger - the process was easy but took a couple days. ORORO paid the shipping, but I had to go out of my way to send them back. The Large size replacement arrived today. The gloves are still too small but I’m tired of fooling with this process and don’t want any more aggravation. The heated liners are a tight fit but I can live with them. I can get the outer shell gloves on over the liners but then I can’t open my hand (too small and tight). I’ll live with them. I highly recommend that ORORO do a sanity check on their sizing chart and fix it. If anyone is ordering these, measure your hand and then order TWO sizes bigger. I have two other heated vests (2 sizes, guess why) and I am very impressed with the quality of workmanship and they do a really good job of heating. I’m hoping the gloves are as good.”
