“Sadly I purchased these expensive gloves for a Christmas gift. Since Covid was presenting delivery delays I purchased them mid-December. My husband was thrilled but with no cold weather immediately he waited to pull them out. Once we realized the size issue we attempted to get phone advice with no luck. So I emailed and was dismissed as being beyond the return/exchange date. That’s it. VERY DISAPPOINTED. Buyer beware!!!!”
“The heated part of the inside glove is very nice, however, when you put both gloves on they are much too tight. The outside part of the glove is just not big enough to accommodate the inner heated liner. Kind of disappointed.”

“I bought these and have not even had to turn on the heat yet so I really don’t know how well that part works but the glove shells blocked the wind beautifully and my hands were warm while riding my motorcycle in upper 30 degree weather. Love them!”
“They seem well made but I have not tried them yet extensively out in the cold but the real BUT is about sizing. I did it based on the tool on the website and put in my measures and selected loose fit, result is that the gloves I received fit regular/tight not loose so be aware.
Then I wish you could choose on the external glove between a regulat one with fingers and a mitten.”
