“Got a small. Love the liners. Perfect fit. I was able to text and use my phone. It was great when I was testing it out tonight. However the outer shell is a touch small and is really hard to put over the liner. So disappointed. Almost like u need a medium shell with small liner. The outer shell fits perfectly too but it's not the heated part and with Raynauds I really can't wear gloves. Always wear mittens and hate it because it makes it hard to text and take photos. Once i sqeezed the outer shell over liners, found it hard to move hands and can't text or take photos. So I really wish the liners were sold separately. I may keep these just cuz the liners are awesome. Still need to test some more to be sure.”
“Ororo is a premium product with a premium price. Which is fine and to be expected. I have bought gloves for myself and my wife and socks. I'm looking to buy more via the Kickstarter Redwood campaign as well.
But it's not easy to do!
Their website, for all of my transactions, has been very hiccupy and required a call and/or numerous emails to support to get my order properly in.
I hope they get the kinks worked out as I fear they may be losing customers having an unnecessarily frustrating experience.
