“After being extremely frustrated with the Twin Cities 3 in 1 gloves (I couldn't get the outer gloves on over the inner heated gloves), I bought the Calgary gloves. I love the wrist strap as it is so much easier to keep in place than other glove wrist straps. The gloves are extremely well constructed but I find that my ski pole wrist straps will occasionally put enough pressure on the power button to change the setting. The batteries are always a problem with any heated clothing. Because they are in the cold, they drain fairly quickly. And sometimes one will drain quicker than the other. Not sure why that happens. But I will buy extra batteries as the gloves keep my hands warm and so far dry!”
“The thinsulate material is cheap, but the gloves heat up fairly well, and stay hot for hours. I just dont like that they seem to get wet inside, and I think it is because they are made with thinsulate, instead of gortex.”
“These are awesome! My husband had frostbit his fingers years ago and we’ve tried many gloves to keep his fingers warm. These fit the bill. They are amazing. Let’s us get outside to bike ride and exercise during the N.Y. winter. Highly recommend.”
“The Ororo gloves made really from very good quality materials and very well made. But the main problem I found the warm is not so good and the battery in half-medium/half-light level of use works max 2 hours, even less!!! That is why the spare batteries absolutely required!!!”
“I gifted these to a friend who had a suffered a stroke and fell on extremely on hard times. Life will never be the same, after the stroke my friends circulation in hands were poor and cold. Not any more! THESE GLOVES WERE A GAME CHANGER!!!
Thank you”
