“Definitely size down when ordering. I am a size 7.5-8 women’s shoe and the ORORO size chart recommended I get a M. I got the M only to find out it’s too big and the sock excess hangs out of my shoes. The battery life could use improvement. The warming element does not get very hot. Pros are the socks are very stretchy and the material is thick. They insulate well even without the heat turned on.”

“My first time using these socks and 1 battery didn't charge fully. So it died and my one foot is freezing while the other is on low. I liked the older models better. Batteries were more reliable.”
“the heating is fine. However, the sizing is WAY off for a "normal" sized foot. The biggest negative is you can't exchange for a different size, due to Ororo policy. I would never buy from them unless you happen to find them in a store and you can check the size.”
