“Recieved this as a gift. Very stiff even after quite a few wears but hopefully that will loosen up over time. Jacket has been very hit or miss. Sometimes it heats up fairly warm and sometimes is very underwhelming and I cant feel the heat at all despite it being on the same heat setting and having the same amount of clothing underneath.”
