“Just received the jacket last night which was post-polar vortex, but wore it this (much warmer) morning anyway, just to see how I liked it. I love the jacket! Battery charged quickly and easily. Fit of jacket is great, comfortable, and true. I tried my medium on over a hoodie. Still have room for an additional layer if I so choose. Seems well made. Even on low setting, feels like wrapping my heated car seats around me and taking them with me. My husband and I liked it so much, we ordered him one. All of which brings me to another important point. The customer service of this company is exemplary. After ordering my husband's jacket, I discovered in my paperwork a coupon for ten dollars off my next purchase. I emailed customer service and had a ten dollar refund within an hour. This morning, I had a question about activating the battery after having turned off the jacket for awhile. Again, after a very short period of time, customer service responded with the answer. So, love the jacket and love the customer service. And I think at least five people at work are going to order one.”
“I have worked outside for almost 10 years. I finally got tired of the cold and wearing layers. I started out with a Milwaukee Heated Jacket. There was no hood and the battery only lasted a few hours on low. I decided it was time for a new jacket. I typed into Google "best heated jacket" Ororo came up #2. I was thrilled when I saw it had a hood. In comparison to other heated jackets it has the longest lasting battery. I am here to say that Milwaukee you have serious competition!!! This Ororo jacket is warm without the heat on! I am very pleased to have purchased this Jacket. The battery last over 8 hours on low. I highly recommend this jacket to not only the people who work outside but also anyone who cannot stand the cold. The only negative thing I can say about this jacket is the battery takes hours to charge. I did purchase the extra as recommended and I never am without the heat!”

“We LOVE ORORO! As a female with long limbs and the need to move with extreme range of motion we asked ORORO to help modify the jacket we use at our wildlife rescue @goldenboughwildlife. This took a few attempts to accomodate the differences between men’s and women’s sizing and cut, yet the team worked with me for 3 months to make sure I had the protection needed for extended periods in high winds, freezing cold and often hours in stake-puts after dark to rescue the most vulnerable injured urban wildlife.”
