“This jacket was represented as a slim fit and it’s not! The sleeves are soooo long it’s almost as if it’s a man’s jacket. I love all my other products but I felt I was set up since I cannot exchange it! It’s a terrible jacket as in sizing!”

“The jacket barely got that warm Even when I put my hand against the wiring while it was set to Red and on for the recommended 20 min. Unfortunately I purchased a final sale item and can’t return or exchange. It’s possible I received a defective item because when I tried their vest , it worked amazingly”
“This is a really nice jacket. I have no complaints, but I would like to give my experience on the sizing. I tried on a friend's Men's L and it fit well but I wanted a woman's jacket. I compared sizes and went with a woman's XL. It was much bigger than the men's L. The arms are SO Long! They hang at least 3 inches past my fingers. Unfortunately my jacket was a final sale so I can't replace with a smaller size so I'll make it work because it is a very nice jacket.”
