“Got it to endure the cold when walking in and out of work while working nights at hospital. That’s the only time I use it.
Died after 3 uses, doesn’t stay warm or fluctuates to a cooler setting. Wish I would have bought a different version.”

“I like how the jacket keeps me warm and that it has different levels of heat. It also warms up pretty quickly, which is what I was looking for in a heated jacket. However, the sizing fits big for a woman. I bought the size based off of measurements and it's still a bit big. And not really shaped for a women as it's just straight. The battery compartment in the jacket after a month or so of wear, b/c of the weight of the battery, part of it is starting to be below the bottom of the jacket. Wish there was an actual holder in the battery pocket to hold the battery in place, so it didn't just bounce around and hang down so much. And lastly, I didn't realize that the on/off button was so bright and it's right on the front of the jacket, so if you have it on in the car at night, it's really bright.”

I ordered a women’s XL and although the markings on plastic bags and the case for the jacked show XL, THE COAT ITSELF IS MARKED MEDIUM.
A VERY DISAPPOINTING VALENTINE GIFT!!!

“This is my second one! I've worn the first one for 5 years. It has been my go to here on the ranch...Chore coat, riding coat, town coat. I replaced the zipper in it 2 years ago but the pocket zippers finally gave up...so I ordered a new one. I love the new batteries which are smaller than before. This coat is a must for ranch life. Being able to adjust the temperature is a bonus when I get warm from doumg ranch chores! The fabric is very durable and tear resistant!”
“I bought this coat to wear when bicycling out doors during the winter in New England. The coat itself is very warm and not too bulky. I have not had to use the "heater" as I have been warm enough without it. I have turned on the heat and it does not seem to get too hot.”
