“This is my 4th jacket purchased, 2nd for my self. the first time I bought the down vest, so I don't have to struggle with the arms being too long. Well I'm freezing lol, so my husband got me this down jacket and same size as the vest (L) and OMG! It's huge! I think I could have sized town to a medium or a maybe a small. The material on the side of the jacket is very stretchy (love it) this is what I have been looking for in a jacket, the sleeves cover up my fingers and there's so much extra puffiness on my chest and back, I will definitely be returning.”
“Per the sizing chart I ordered a 2xl and really could have gone with an xl. Also the heating element in the back fades in to the neck element to the point that I really don’t feel it on my back at all. Would be nice to have a heating element more in the middle of the back versus higher up in the shoulder blade area. Also the material is very chintzy. It’s easy to ripe and not easy to repair. Would like to see a more durable material. Overall, I have used the jacket ever day since it has gotten cold and I like it.”
