“The product itself seems pretty good. However, my wife did not want this gift, so I wanted to return it. I am disappointed that it was not clearly stated that the item could not be returned. This is particularly frustrating because the website boldly claimed that they offered free returns, but in obscure area it said final sale items were excluded. There should have been clear warnings when I checked out. That said, I contacted customer care for a refund. After some debate, they offered a refund, but said only for store credit and after a 20% restocking fee. That is not a refund.”

“I can't believe I went this long WITHOUT something like this!!. It's very well made, stitching is beautiful, pockets are huge, zipper is strong. Most jackets the fleece is only in the body part and not the arms but this goes all thru the jacket. I love how it heats super fast and lasts almost all day if you use the low setting. I seriously wear this all day, Im wearing it now, just turned it up to get a blast of heat and will turn it down in a few minutes. I am so in love with this that Im going to get a vest next Black Friday. MY ONLY GRIPE... I wish the heat went to the pockets but it's ok, I still LOVE this jacket!!! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU. Ps I haven't tried it when it's -75 windchill, that will come in February, if I remember I will let you know how it performs thru through that. Also I don't want to wash it every week so just spray febreeze on it. I LOVE THIS JACKET!!!!”
