“It was to small. I sent back and would love to exchange. I love the feel of the jacket but never set it up for heat since i was not keeping.
UPS tried to deliver my exchange on Friday and Monday with no one being at the address both days. That does concern me that the business has no one there on 2 business days. Hopefully you guys will get it back soon and I will get my exchanged item soon.”
“I gave it three stars due to the location of the battery pack pocket. The pocket for the battery pack is on the side of the jacket, which makes it rest on the waist. The side of the jacket sticks out and its really uncomfortable to have that bulk at the waist. I don't know why they couldn't have made the pocket on the front of the jacket like they do the coats.”
