“I really wanted to like this and had all the size choices available when I purchased. I wanted it to fit like my vest, snug but comfortable so I could really feel the heat. The jacket is scratchy on my neck and too small in the hip. Oddly it is wide in the chest and arms. I am 5’3” muscular 130 lbs. I’m so sad because I can’t exchange due to final sale. Why is it so tight on the bottom?!”
