“I was dissapointed. I needed a heated coat asap for my trip to Europe and the reviews seemed good enough for this item ....and being that I loved my heated vest I purchased some years ago I thought it would be a good choice. This coat fits like a huge bag with no consideration for a woman's body. It is so big that you can't even feel the heat. I'm always a size Xs and that is what I purchased. I was not able to bring the coat on my long trip and now it's sitting at home and it will never be worn because I can't return it since it's open box.”
