“I love these vests. My sister has one. I have one. My mom, my neighbor, my daughter too. We have recommended and gifted them to everyone we can. But I ran into an issue. A couple of my panels stopped working after about 1 1/2 winters of use. Never washed it so that wasn't wear and tear.
I contacted ororo customer service with screen shots of my gift-giver's Amazon order, photos of my labels, etc. Great communication from them. Prompt and easy to understand (bravo for US-based customer service!) However, due to it being an Amazon purchase, the warranty is limited to one year, rather than the 3 years for an ororowear.com purchase. I do not see this openly advertised on Amazon.
I think if they stand behind their product, they should stand behind it 100%. To do anything else is disingenuous and borderline deceptive.”
