“I LOVED this vest. So much so that I waited as long as possible to wash it in hopes of prolonging its life. I finally relented and washed it, carefully following all the instructions, and now it won't heat up. The battery is charged and the light comes on, but the vest is barely putting out any heat, even on high. So disappointed.”
