“Yes. I had previously purchased one through Amazon and the vest quit working. The button would no longer come on when I pushed it and the battery was fully charged. The coils I think were messed up. I didn’t even wash it. I had it for 10 months. Amazon gave me credit back except for restocking fee. I returned the vest back to then with battery and all that came with it. Then I turned around and bought through you.

“I bought one for my husband for Christmas and once I saw his, I new I had to get me a heated vest too. I am always cold and tbh, I am not the biggest fan of freezing cold weather so this vest is heaven sent. It heats my neck and back up perfectly. Only thing is I wish it was a bit more cinched in the waste for women. It’s still a bit boxy.”
