I am thin at 5'8" 130 lbs., wear a size 4 and ordered a size Medium.
It's perfect, but no room to spare in the waist.
The waist runs very small!!! The rest of the vest fits nice.
Ororo should make the waist a little larger, possible with elastic stretch.
The quality is excellent and looks great on.
I am charging the battery and the charging cord falls out of the charger a little too easily.
I wore the vest for the first time is 26 degrees weather. It was amazing how warm it kept me!!!
But your hands and feet will still be cold.

“The vest works very good, it looks nice and does what it's supposed to do. Nevertheless, the included charger is too slow, only 0.3 AMP is not enough for such a big battery. So I decided to use my phone charger (1.3 amps) that charges at least 40% faster.”
