“I love the warmth of the vest. I think the vest could be improved if the zipper was a double zipper. The vest runs very small!!!! It is especially tight in the hip area. I am 5’10” and weigh 148#. A small regular cut vest fits, but it is tight in the hips. I am unable to get a small “slim fit” vest closed. Order one to two sizes larger than you would normally order.
As far as customer services, the order is shipped quickly. I contacted customer service to return the two vests I bought. I wanted the exchange them both for larger sizes. I got an email reply that my request was being evaluated. Two days later I got an email that said my request to return the vests was approved and I would be getting another email with a shipping label. I still haven’t received the shipping label. I decided to just reorder the vest in a bigger size and not wait any longer on returning the vests I received. I’m keeping one for myself (it was suppose to be a gift for my mom) and I’m trying to sell the other one.”
