“The seams are delicate and not covered by wear and tear warranty. This means you have to be careful not to put too much in your pockets and be mindful of the heavy battery pack. Also, if you leave the setting on high (red), the entire heating system will eventually overheat and shut off, making it colder than if you had just used the medium setting. Had to write to them to figure this out. The fit is fine, just a tiny bit big for me as a 115lb 5'2'' woman. Other than this, it's a good vest.”
