“My husband is always hot and I'm always cold. We keep our themostat at 63 degrees. Then a friend at our (unheated) rock climbing gym showed me her Ororo heated vest. I bought one right away and use it every day inside our house to stay comfortably warm. I get up early before the heater turns on and set my Ororo vest on high, usually layering a baggy fleece pullover on top. As I warm up, I often shift the vest temperature down to medium or low. The charger works very well and I recharge every time I go out so I'll be able to return to warmth when I come home. I just bought one for my daughter who has a baby and preschooler at home and she says she wears it throughout the day. Of course, it's great outside too, especailly on cold winter hikes where you want to be sure of being warm. I've had my Ororo vest for about two years now, and have never had any sort of probelem with it. It is an outstanding product that makes life comfortable for people who get cold easily!”
“Ordered vest for my wife for Christmas. She charged it Christmas Day and then wore it the next day and the battery lasted for 30 min then died. She tried charging it several times and it would only last for 30 minutes. I tried calling customer service first and had to leave a message during their business hours and still have not had a return call. After two days of waiting I emailed support and had a response the next day. Since then I have had to send pictures and videos of the issue to try and get the battery replaced. I have had to give support my order number three times during the email exchanges and ordered direct from there site.
The beat seems to be good quality but the battery was not and customer service has been very frustrating trying to resolve the issue. In my head some who spends over a hundred dollars on something and it doesn't work out of the package should get a replacement right away and send back the defective item, not have to play the diagnosis game for weeks.”

“This is a great vest. I especially like the fact that it warms your neck as well as your body. It also warms your hands if you have them in the pockets. Very toasty! I do find the sizing strange as I’m 5’7 125lbs and the small fits a bit snug at hip with the mini battery in place but the med is just way too big! Would love the battery pocket to be somewhere else besides at the hip. I was disappointed to find out after I bought it that they no longer supply the USB A plug to connect the charging cable to. The vest I bought my daughter earlier included a plug. Since all my chargers are now USB-C so I had to buy a separate plug on Amazon. At this price it really should include a plug.”
