“I bought this as a gift for my wife as she is always very cold. She has worn this several times and charged the battery as well. However, she often states that " you really don't know if it's on". My daughter used it as well and said similarly.
I purchased based on rating and reviews. Maybe the heating elements are somewhat inoperable. I plan on contacting ORORO and discuss our options for replacement.”
“A friend of mine gave me a coupon he received when he purchased a vest. The coupon was for 20% off of the purchase price. When I tried to input the data for the coupon it was not acknowledged and the price did not change. I’m satisfied with the product but a little disappointed in not being able to use the coupon he passed along in good faith.”
