“Women's medium is way too big and that would typically be a good fit to small for vests and coats. They would not exchange at all and now left with a pretty big vest that doesn't heat as well when too big. Not a great exchange policy!”
“The cut isn’t quite as curvy as I had hoped - I could have easily worn a medium through my waist but the hips and chest would have been too small. As a result it looks a little boxy on me and the front heating element sits a little further from my stomach than the back elements do.For reference, I’m a curvy hourglass build and this has always been a struggle for me when finding clothes, especially outerwear.
However, I’m still thrilled with this - especially the neck heater, as I am perpetually cold and the heating elements work beautifully. I was worried the battery would make one side “pull” (like when you have your phone in a regular vest pocket and nothing in the other) but it doesn’t feel unbalanced or overly heavy on that side. I’ve only had it unboxed for a day and a half, but so far I am very satisfied.”
