“Women's US size small fits me well. For reference I'm 28 waist, 34 bust. The neck is wonderfully warm (on the high setting it's almost like a heating pad) and the heated stomach area (Doesn't feel quite as hot on high, but maybe that's just the clothing in between) keeps the pockets warm so I haven't needed gloves. Great for outdoor winter activities here in Northern California. I thought I would only use this outside but turns out I wear it in the house on cold mornings and it's a game changer. Customer service was quick to email me back when I had a question. The way to turn it on is to hold the button on the chest down for about one long second. After a minute or two of red flashing you can leave it on medium -it will change to a white color after it's warmed up. To change to a cooler setting hold the button down briefly and the light will turn blue. To get it on the warmest setting hold the button down again and the light will turn red. If you hold the button down for a long second it will turn off.”
