“I ordered this for a winter trip. When the vest arrived I wasn’t sure how it was supposed to fit. I called customer service and she was very helpful. She gave me suggestions on how make the decision and also provided me with the size differential. I returned it and got a smaller size and it fits and looks great.”
“Vest has a faulty battery and does not stay on. Trying to get a replacement or refund but poor customer service. Bought specifically for last weekend and upcoming weekend and rep not concerned and unable to help. Tells me someone will contact me about a return and I get an email asking me for a video. Really....what poor service”
