“Bought this for my daughter in law on the recommendation from my daughter, who swears by this vest. I ordered this for the holiday but had her try it on beforehand in case I needed to exchange the size. I ordered the small which fit but not able to put a sweatshirt under, so she tried the medium (from my daughter) but that was too large. She’s keeping the small.
