“I feel the vest temperature level has to be set on high to be felt. It seems warmest in the neck area. I do want to use the pockets to every so often warm up my fingers which my riding gloves don't help much doing. This heated vest helps, though if the heat could be even warmer there, that'd be even better! I'm glad I bought it and have recommended to others that they should check it out too”
