“Good question. Should there be five stars on the fit? We ordered a medium based on the web sites fitting chart. It turned out it was a little tight making it uncomfortable to move around. Now the good part. We told Ororo about our snug fit. They were happy to exchange the vest for another size. After a few questions answered.... I printed a "Return Authorization" label, packed it up and sent it off. They kept me informed. As soon as they received it, a new vest was on its way. So... No worries when you buy from ORORO.”

“The Ororo heated clothing - and in particular their heated vest - is wonderful. We actually wear their gear around the house and turn down the thermostat, saving a ton on the heating bill - and it's good for the planet too! The vest is quick to heat up, and you get somewhere around 4 hours of heat on one battery charge. Definitely recommend getting a second battery for full-time use.
