The women's large was a bit big and after hearing it should be worn close to your body I reordered the medium. The customer service blew me away. No hassle, super easy exchange process, and the new one arrived quickly! I had a great experience. I did not test the heating element since it is a gift so I can not attest to that. (I would say the sizing is generous so order down, knowing you need a snug fit)”
