I was given a medium for my birthday, I had to exchange for a XL! (My hubby thinks I’m smaller than I am-that’s a good thing!). I worked directly with ORORO customer service and they are fantastic, efficient, and quickly sent out the new one.
I walk my dogs outside and train them outside in a horse barn year round. Even in below freezing temperatures.
It is heaven to wear. In the morning after waking up with a stiff neck it’s a pleasure to put on and warm my stiff muscles.
The “lite” patch on the left chest is a little annoying- maybe on the next design put the on/off button near the pocket. But a little tape will fix its glow.”
