“I can’t review I product I have not received. I was sent a small vest instead of the large vest I ordered. I mailed the vest back to be exchanged. I have yet to receive the large vest or communication from you despite multiple attempts to contact you. Customer service is definitely non existent.”
“Use a different delivery, DHL is not good. For 3 days I received an email stating my purchase was out for delivery. It finally showed up on the 3rd. day.
As far as the vest is concerned. It is a great product. I hope the new 2019 style batteries last longer than the older style.”
“Would be a 5 but had a zipper malfunction within the first week. Emailed customer service and they said to try pulling it off and if it breaks then they'll replace it. Customer service was pretty quick and helpful.”
