“I am 5'3" 140 lb athletic build- larger in the hips/thighs so I went with a medium. It is bulkier than I would have liked for layering wishing i had gone with the small. It is also longer than expected, which is nice that it covers my backside but I wish there was heat back there! If worn alone the size is fine, sl large on top. The heat is lovely and works amazing to cut through the new England chill”
