“I chose this version over the down option so i can wear it under a coat ... really keeps me warm. The neck warmer is the best. I do wish they’d put the battery in the back rather than have it get in the way on the side - perhaps the thinking was to make it easier to charge your phone, but to prioritize a “nice to have” feature is a misstep. They could have solved for that another way.”
“Obviously, after buying this many I think it is a great product. I do have one question however - when I try and leave it on red - high heat- it keeps switching to blue and then to white. Anything I can do to keep it on high?”
