“This is SO easy to use - just charge up the battery via an outlet and the plug they provide, then plug it into the vest. There is an inside pocket in the vest (left side) with an attached, easy to reach charger cord. Just slip the battery in and out of the pocket and plug/unplug as needed. The battery is a little heavy, but not enough to make the vest feel lopsided, IMO. I live in Boston and wear this ALL the time. Love it!

Customer service indicated when a person goes back to a previous page on the website the site sometimes defaults to small. Not sure this is what happened but I did receive a small vest. Customer service gladly exchanged but this did delay my gift.”
