“I ordered the wrong size and had to return the vest. Customer service was excellent. I did re-order the correct size and my wife loves it. Maybe if i "am good" in 2024 I will get one next Christmas!”
“The opening at top of zipper does not lay down and continues to scratch my neck. Tried tucking it in, zipping it all the way up and/or bending it away with no luck. It rests on my chin and is rough. I will have to sew it so flaps open away from my skin. Very annoying.”
“I am happy with the vest but was a bit disappointed with the battery fully discharging while the vest was turned off.
I had worn it on the medium setting for 4 hours and it still had better than half the charge available when I turned it off. However, the next day the battery was fully discharged even though I had unplugged it from the vest.”
