“I really like this vest. I ordered a size up so I can wear it over a couple layers while at the hockey rink. The back and neck get very warm. My only complaint is that the pockets don't seem to get very warm, even on the highest setting. I guess for this price point I would expect the heat to be evenly distributed across all the sections. My husband has a cheap heated vest from Amazon that has warmer pockets than this one. The heated pockets was the main thing I was looking forward to so I'm a bit disappointed. Overall it's ok but if you're looking for something to keep your hands warm keep looking.”
Hi Arley, thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Please allow us to explain that the heating performance from all heating areas is almost the same. The neck area is more sensitive than other body areas, and the collar on the vest will directly touch the skin (neck), which may be the reason why you feel the heat is stronger in the neck than in other heating elements.

“This vest is amazing. Don't hesitate on buying it ASAP. I live in SoCal but grew up in the upper Midwest and have been cold all my life. I purchased an Ororo jacket in size S last year, but it didn't fit quite right and it felt bulky, so I returned it. I decided to try the vest this year now that they offer XS, and it's incredible. I'm 5'2" 110lbs and the XS fits perfectly with a sweater and lightweight down jacket underneath. If I'm really cold, I add another long down jacket over. The vest gives me plenty of layering options to stay warm in all kinds of conditions, and I've found the battery life to be perfect for most of my needs. Ororo, please add heat to the lower back too. Also please make a battery-operated electric blanket.”
