“I have several items from them. Pretty upset that the zipper does not work on this one. It was installed backwards so you can not zip it. I have notified them and am waiting to hear back. Will be very upset if they make me wait for this to be returned before they send new one. That will be 2-3 weeks of time not getting to wear it. Then not cold enough. Which I will not purchase again if the case. I spent $1500-$1800 for Xmas gifts and hoping customer service is good. I get it. Only $200 but customer service makes a company for me. Otherwise I love the jacket and would be 5 stars if not this mishap.”
“Really disappointed I saved up for this down version of the vest. It fits like a life jacket. Super unflattering on me and I have an hourglass shape. It’s way too bulky and the battery sits right on your hip which adds even more volume to that side. It also does not fit well under any of my jackets so it’s not a great layering piece. I just use it as a grubby barn chores vest now. The pros are that it warms up nicely— love the heating at the neck. The material is a little tougher, and the zipper is nice on it. This would be nice on a very slender person who wants to wear it as an outer layer only. pains me to give a bad review cause I love these heated vests but I’d suggest going for a different style”
“Wish I knew about these earlier - did not know these are machine washable, so that clinched the deal. Have worn mine today for first time, and love it so much that I ordered a few more for Christmas gifts! Keep in mind these are meant to be snug, close to body. (otherwise would lose heat to extra air space).Hopefully these will last for many, many years.”
