“I ordered the vest for a Christmas present for my wife. When the package arrived I found it was not the correct item. I received gloves instead of the vest. I called customer support and received instructions for returning the gloves. They also placed a new order for the vest. The vest did arrive but it was well after Christmas. Very disappointed.”
