the wind blows in so she stays chilly. However with the new heated vest she has been able to
keep "snuggly" warm.”
“In all honesty, I was focused on the vest itself and did not pay any attention to the fact that it was described as a "final sale" item, meaning I cannot return or exchange it. I purchased this as a gift for my elderly mother for Christmas. It is too tight through the hips, even though she normally wears a large. So I wanted to exchange it for an XL and discovered that is not an option as a "final sale" item. Obviously it was my fault for not looking into the return/exchange policy. However, most online companies have excellent return/exchange policies so it never crossed my mind to need to research that before purchasing.”

“While I love the vest, this was a final sale so I can’t exchange it. My daughter has a vest like this which was the reason I ordered it. I like eveything about this vest except the heating wires on this one are all twisted in the front underneath the fabric so they stand out and are bunched up when I put it on. I will probably have take the seams apart and try to fix it myself.”
