“Absolutely awesome vest, kept me warm during very cold ski days. The only flaw is the location of the battery pocket on the hip. Would be much better to have the battery in the lower back, like a phone pocket in a running jacket. Battery on/off button location on the flat side of the battery and vest on/off button on left chest design are excellent, I was able to turn them on even with my ski gloves on. Put the battery pocket out of the way in the lower back and it would be perfect.”
“Originally ordered in size small which was snug. Exchanged for medium which is too roomy. Unfortunately, have to return the item as sizing is off. Quality seems nice, though the second vest didn’t heat as well as the first and had more noticeable cords inside.”
“Unfortunately I had to initiate an exchange. The zipper does not work well. I have communicated w customer service and am waiting to hear back from Nicole. I’m just disappointed bc I’m always cold and have been looking forward to using this vest.”
“I bought this for my mother who wears it nearly every day. She had a stroke and has a hard time keeping warm, even in a down jacket, etc. She loves it! The only thing we dislike is that the logo lights up on the chest. Super cheesy.”
