“Was not happy because the first time I used the heat element it actually left some hot spots on the back of the vest ( looked like it burned the material and left noticeable marks ) did let Ororo know this and when tried to return said no return or exchange on (open box items ) so I will not be able to use the vest now !!! Still hoping they will answer back and do something for me”
