“Purchasing a gift card through ORORO is unnecessarily complicated and the directions are complicated. I wasn't able to email the gift card to a recipient. I had to email it to myself and forward the code to the recipient. Several unnecesary steps were involved in purchasing the card which had a limit of $200. Not comparable to competitors, such as Orvis, Amazon, etc.”
“This past Christmas, I started asking my grandsons what they wanted from me. One of them said "I don't want or need anything. I have everything that I can think of." Later on a visit to Six Flags Over Georgia, my grandson had gotten cold. While his cousin was on an indoor ride with heat, she loaned him the heated jacket that I had purchased for her the year before from Ororo. When we got in the car to go home, my grandson told me that he had to have a heated jacket. LOL”
