The Milltek Catback for the MINI Cooper S 2002-2006, replaces the standard exhaust, and runs all the way from behind the catalytic converter and manifold, to the rear of the car.

ECE Approved System
The Milltek Catback comes in three pieces (front silencer, link pipe, and rear silencer assembly), with 2.5" (63.5mm) pipe diameter, and slash cut tailpipes to finish it off.
The sound is lovely and deep compared to the standard exhaust, but without being too loud, and perfectly road legal!
The Milltek Catback also comes with brackets to allow it to fit to both pre-facelift and facelift cars.
Now available in resonated for a more quieter, refined system, or the new non-resonated system for those that want that every bit of noise and power this system can unleash!

“Looks well made and was very well packaged. Welds are not that pretty to look at, but appear substantial. Had a question about the angle of the flange which connects to the cat end of the factory exhaust, which Orranje forwarded to Milltek and was answered pretty quickly. Fitted much better than my previous Hornet exhaust. Sits a little high, so will make some 3-4 mm spacers to pad out the outer hangers at the back (the black ones).”
