Hi Jonallen, I am very confused. The site clearly states that these particular items are a custom order item, and that there will be a lead time before they arrive with us. This is due to us stocking KAVS spacers over Direnza, but still offer them for those who prefer the Direnza brand. "Please note that these are ordered in on demand, so will have a lead time before this arrives with you" When you placed your order with us on Friday 24th for the Direnza 15mm 4x100 Wheel Spacers, we immediately ordered these from Direnza, and they are due to be with us today, Monday 27th. Once they arrive, we would have been shipping out your order for delivery Tuesday 28th. However, in light of your review, and that you clearly failed to read the description prior to ordering, I will cancel and refund your order. I will also make sure to close your account for you, so you don't make the same mistake again. Regards, Oli
