Unlike publicly funded entities, we're a private company and solely rely on our resources, yet we enable students to access our courses for free because we strongly believe the safety training we provide is too important to limit access. For perspective, comparable courses at the OSHA Training Institute range from $185 to $400, and the ASSP charges $815 to $975 for a 6-hour course. In contrast, our fee for a downloadable PDF training certificate for the course "Developing a Construction Safety Management System (CSMS)", which is the course you're referring to, is only $25.99, and the course is free to access.
