“I'm very happy with my subscription but there is one thing that I didn't expect that has disappointed me. Due to the high price point of a subscription to this service, I find it strange that in order to get a physical copy of the high yield notes, I have to shell out more money. I assumed that the link to the high yield notes under the video would be a PDF or something that I could print off right from there. Your intended population for this service is students, who are very famously short on money, so I feel that the option of a separate book if one chooses is reasonable to charge extra but the idea that I am not allowed to print the notes that I have paid for is not reasonable whatsoever.
