“I have ordered from other places on the past and the arrangements looked nothing like what I was expecting and the flowers were wilting. Your arrangement was even more beautiful than what I was expecting and they were all fresh and so fresh that there were buds that hadn't even bloomed yet. The person I bought them for just loved how they were arranged and how all the different colored flowers complimented each other. Her sister had just passed away and she said the flowers actually brought a little bit of joy to her at such a sad time. Also your customer service is exceptional. The recipient wasn't home when your delivery person arrived and when I called to see if it was possible to have them delivered to my address instead, I thought I would probably have to wait until the next day. Not only did you agree to send the delivery person back, they arrived within an hour of my request. I will not hesitate to order from Ottawa Flowers for any flowers I need in the future. Thank you very much for such a wonderful experience at a very sad time.”
