“Staff put me on hold and then hung up when I reached out after finding out it wasn’t shipped that day. I called back a few times no answer. The following day I called back and spoke with a nice person who apologized and the orders were sent out 24 hours after the scheduled time. No refunds or price changes for expedited service.”
